This full-time position is responsible for answering incoming patient calls, as well as placing outbound collection calls for multiple medical clients and documenting all calls consistent with established procedures. All calls conducted in the English language.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Answer incoming calls according to procedure and Departmental standards
  2. Places outbound collection calls according to procedure and Departmental standards
  3. Reliable and punctual by maintaining a good attendance record and arriving at work and returning from lunch and breaks on time.
  4. Team player being supportive of Department and Company goals and policies.
  5. Any other job tasks as assigned.
  6. Cross-train for tasks assigned to the team to ensure continuity of all tasks when needed for backup.
  7. Ensures HIPAA guidelines are respected by safeguarding protected health information in the capacity of the positions duties and responsibilities.
  8. Other related duties may be assigned from time to time. 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years college education
  • At least 1 year of inbound call center experience
  • Excellent customer service track record
  • Excellent English speaking
  • Healthcare BPO/CPO industry experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Familiarity with HIPAA is an advantage.
