Description
PracticeMax, a provider of business solutions and software services in the healthcare industry, has an immediate opening for a Technical Support II which will provide strong customer service for Client Onboarding Team, while multi-tasking and resolving issues for internal and external PracticeMax customers.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Actively participate in Onboarding kick-off calls and follow up, as needed.
  • Accurately build insurance, pharmacy, provider, employer, payor, and facility files within the EHR/PM platform
  • Resolve issues that arise and escalate to team management as appropriate.
  • Participate in other projects and initiatives pertaining to clients.
  • Setup of fee schedules
  • Complete client workstation software installs, settings, and testing
  • Install remote scanners and conduct testing.
  • Setup of WebScan Secure
  • Resolve and escalate issues to Team Management as appropriate

Preferred Skills:

  • Self-motivation to accept and complete tasks within the project time scope.
  • Experience with teamwork for the completion of project tasks, and time tracking of projects.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Desktop, Remote Desktop/Terminal Services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, Business Skype. 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years relevant work experience.
  • Macro development experience preferred.
  • A+, Network+ or other relevant certifications a plus.
  • Experience with Healthcare related technologies and software platforms, including Electronic Health Record and Practice Management systems.
