Client Services Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively follow a script to answer basic questions about our service
• Ask probing questions about the caller's needs, and
• Document notes for appropriate follow-up by US personnel
• Monitor and respond appropriately to incoming email inquiries
• Use good judgement in determining when an incoming call or email warrants waking US personnel for assistance.
• Receive and properly accommodate/handle incoming calls.
• Make necessary outbound calls internally in the Company, or to external partners, and clients (for follow through questions).
• Respond to incoming Air Ambulance quote requests (by phone, email & online inquiries)
• Prepare quotes using aviation trip planning & quoting software
• Negotiate & close sale opportunities
• Assist with airplane trip planning & coordination
• Provide client updates before & during airplane trips
• Generate invoices & expense reports for airplane trips
• Prepare weekly & monthly activity reports (quotes, sales, etc.)
• Book airline travel & lodging for pilots & medical crew

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• Work Experience
  • At least 1 year experience handling incoming and outgoing calls
  • At least 1 year experience handling emails
  • At least 1 year experience in an Airline / Travel account

Preferences

• Education or Work Experience in Aviation/Airline industry
• Education or Work Experience in Healthcare
• Familiarity with Avianis, EMS, flight dispatch protocols, etc.

Shift

Must be willing to work in the night shift.

Rest Days

3-day rest days

Compensation

Basic Salary starts at 25,000.00 (up to 40,000)
