Client Support Staff

 Client Support Staff shall be responsible to create, assign and maintain users, training and documents within our Compliance Manager tool, MaxComply, for approximately 800+ users.

The successful candidate will be expected to be highly organized, detail-oriented, willing and able to work independently or with staff and clients, who also takes direction well, completes responsibilities in a timely manner, and likes every day processes, but is not afraid to try something new.

Responsibilities:

  • Add new users for PracticeMax and various clients, including BPO
  • Give new users appropriate training documents
  • Monitor completion of staff training and report non-compliance to designated supervisors/client managers via monthly report
  • Archive and remove from training partition terminated employees'working with HR
  • Work with clients or different sites to make sure new training is entered appropriately, or partition is created with users
  • Set up managers correctly where needed in system, as cost per year
  • Create reports within the system to accurately provide information on training status of various users by site
  • Work with Compliance Manager or Officer to create training documents and implement
  • Report to Compliance department various activities prior to implementation
  • Regularly meet with Compliance department for status, updates
  • Justify invoice quarterly, report problems to Compliance manager
  • Attend meetings where requested to work through issues with clients or vendors
  • Keep wish list of items that need improvement or change in system and report to Compliance Manager, directly to vendor
  • Be the product expert in how to complete processes, etc.
  • Work with staff when they have issues (I.e. cannot access training, etc.)'monitor Compliance at PracticeMax.com
  • Track new and terminated users via spreadsheet or other device so it is always up to date.

Preferred qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelors or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to type minimum 40 WPM (words per minute)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word and proficient computer skills
