Company Nurse
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who will provide general nursing care to our employees by performing the following duties in compliance with the company standards of maintaining confidentiality, integrity, quality care and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Response to employee's health concern and provide health education to employees.
- Administered prescribed medications and treatments.
- Post-up station at Company clinic. Employees health statistics monitoring.
- Implements and ensures compliance with Health and Safety policies, procedures and programs.
- Act as liason and coordinator with HMO transactions.
- Scheduled employees' Annual Physical Examination with our HMO provider.
- Systematically maintains an up-to-date inventory of medicines and supplies and replenishes supply on schedule; maintenance of medical instruments.
- Implements monthly wellness program for health awareness and information dissemination.
- Maintained a quality, clean and safe company's medical clinic.
- Monitors and ensures the Company's workplace health compliance with DOH and DOLE regulations.
- Responsible for timely submission of required reports to DOLE and DOH.
- Other related duties may be assigned from time to time.
General Requirements:
- Candidate most possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional Licence (Passed Board/Professional Licence Exam), Nursing or equivalent.
- Preferably with BOSH Certificate and OHNAP Membership
- With at least (2) years related experience being company nurse
- With BLS, First Aid, IVT trainings is an advantage
- HMO coordinating experience is an advantage
