Data Entry Representative Team Leader

The Team Leader is responsible for the output of the team. They are to ensure that all team members meet written guidelines for productivity, quality and behavior. The team leader is also responsible to build and maintain honest, ethical and fair relationships with direct reports, including other team leads and business unit supervisors. He/she provide directions, instructions and guidance to a group for achieving a certain goal to ensure that they meet targets and perform their duties according to laid down instructions and guidelines.

 

The role also supports and manages the Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to ensure that company standards are being consistently applied and maintained.

 

To do this they will:

  1. Track relevant metrics daily, weekly and monthly and report those to the Supervisor or Business Manager over their department.
  2. Ensure team members are in attendance and actively engaged in their work.
  3. Ensure teams have the proper tools to perform their duties.
  4. Ensure all team members behave in accordance with PMAXGlobal expectations for behavior.
  5. Being the primary communication conduit between associates and Customer Account Managers (CAM) for all non-tactical issues.  Also ensuring there is a clear understanding of expectations and effective communications between the CAM and Subject Matter Experts where applicable.
  6. Conduct themselves as an example of the effectiveness and diligence within their assignment as an agent.  Or in other words continue to perform the responsibilities of the agents on their team on top of the expected team lead duties.
  7. Other relevant duties may be assigned from time to time.

General Requirements:

  • At least two (2) years supervisory role on relevant industry experience is required.
  • Can communicate effectively
  • Must be a team player
  • Can work under pressure
  • Skilled at multi-tasking
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • No history of Corrective Action Report within the last 12 months

INTERNAL APPLICATION PROCESS:

  3. Submit your score card for the last 3 months or your most recently completed performance evaluation.
  4. Your supervisor will evaluate your department's requirements and your readiness to move to the applied position, as well as the department's readiness to let you move to the position, if hired. Your department may need to open a hiring requirement if you are hired for the position.
  5. Your supervisor will forward your updated resume (via email to RECRUITMENT@PMAXGLOBAL.COM) and officially endorse you to the recruitment team for processing for the position desired.
  6. The recruitment team shall assess your updated resume, and shall jointly assess together with the position's hiring manager/s your qualification for the position.
  7. If qualified, the recruitment team shall organize an interview with the hiring managers.
  8. If the internal application is successful, the recruitment team shall prepare all the necessary documents and communications to ensure your smooth transition into the new role.
  9. Note that you may undergo a secondment period in the new position during which you will be trained and guided, and your performance in the new role shall be assessed.
