Facilities Management Specialist

The Facilities Management Specialist is responsible for the security, maintenance, and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Ensure DOLE workplace safety compliance
  • Work with HR and Clinic to develop, execute, monitor workplace health.
  • In charge of facilities maintenance
  • In charge of workplace security. Work with security team to develop and enhance security protocols.
  • Engage with security and facilities maintenance contractors to ensure they are on top of the areas and scope of work they are hired for.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Preferably College Graduate or at least 2 years in College.
  • Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities.
  • Exceptional time management.
  • Ability to effectively work with others in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a similar maintenance environment.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Calendar.
