IT Help Desk

  • Provide support to the end users 
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Help Desk 
  • Monitor Help Desk tickets and process first-in first-out based on priority and escalate as necessary 
  • Assist with setting up computers for new users 
  • Manage PC setup and deployment using standard hardware, images and software 
  • Perform workstation hardware and software upgrades as required 
  • Work on special projects as they arise
  • Phone customer service experience preferred 
 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
