IT Help Desk
- Provide support to the end users
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Help Desk
- Monitor Help Desk tickets and process first-in first-out based on priority and escalate as necessary
- Assist with setting up computers for new users
- Manage PC setup and deployment using standard hardware, images and software
- Perform workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
- Work on special projects as they arise
- Phone customer service experience preferred
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
