Imaging Associate

The Imaging Associate coordinates all informatics and operational activities to ensure the timely delivery of high quality service deliverables for assigned studies.

DUTIES:

• Assists with the data import flow
• Processing electronic mails, running a scanner and indexing scanned documents in the imaging system in order for client requests to be processed in a timely manner.
• Electronic Health Record login management
• Complete assigned processes required to support imaging of medical and/or financial documents and records including document retrieval and delivery
• Evaluation and Management utilization reports
• Electronic Health Record projects
• Performs additional department tasks and duties as required or needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work in group setting and independently; ability to adjust to changing priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and orientation toward meticulous work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to project and maintain a professional and positive attitude
