Informatics Associate

PMAXGlobal is seeking to fill our entry level Informatics position in our Brewster, NY office. This position requires someone with a strong inclination towards IT and experience in basic support and troubleshooting.

DUTIES:

• Practice Management Software profile builds
• Electronic Health Record login management
• Practice Management Software login management
• Excel data manipulation
• IT support
• eClinical Works installs and updates
• Reconciliation
• Evaluation and Management utilization reports
• Electronic Health Record projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous IT support and troubleshooting
• Must be well versed in Excel with knowledge of basic formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, CONCATENATE) and functions (Pivot Tables, Forms, Graphs)
• Must be organized and meticulous with attention to detail.
• Database management experience  
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems,
• Experience with CMS quality reporting programs (MU, PQRS, VBM), and writing skills are a plus but not required.
