Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will mainly be responsible for the Patients Contact Services Department. He/She will help, create and collaborate with other departments with regards to organizational, performance, day-to-day operations, financials, and company programs and objectives.

Reporting to VP of Shared Services and serving as a member of the Management Team along with the other Directors, VPs Finance and Owner of the company. This position's top responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing Leadership for the Organization's financial, Performance Management, Risk Management, and collaborating with HR in terms of Organization Development, company policies, practices, and organizational structure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
  • Prepares reports for clients and internal executive management to show performance improvement and engagement health.
  • Analyzes and compare current and past performance to bring the constant process improvements and financial benefits.
  • Responsible for planning and managing the use of resources and daily operations activities for multiple shifts and meet planned operational requirements
  • Ensures adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance with all company policies, procedures safety rules and regulations.
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
  • Ensure that long range Training and Development systems of control are in place to meet future objectives do the business. Participates in Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Talent Acquisition of Operations positions and talents.
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
  • Management of Site budget in coordination with the Operations Director and VP.
  • Assisting Executive Director and Board in creating annual organizational budget and monitoring cash flow.
  • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (HR, IT, Finance) as well as training, clientele service, problem resolution and among others
  • Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
  • Motivate and Inspire people to be innovative in their approach and bring out ideas for process improvements.
  • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
  • Other tasks that may be deemed necessary

Qualifications:

  • Required:A Bachelor's degree in Business Management and other related courses
  • At least 10 years experience in the BPO industry
  • At least 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager/Operations Manager managing at least 150 employees. At least 1 promotion within the tenure
  • Medical billing exposure is required
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, counseling, facilitation communication, conflict resolution & presentation skills. Strong business acumen & demonstrated ability to execute on complex business initiatives
  • Strong organizational, analytical and management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership & ability to motivate & energize teams. Strong results orientation & track record of meeting targets and delivering on targets.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, proficient in MS office applications.
  • Willing to work in Night Shift
