Job Overview:

Looking for a senior appointment setter to support our company's sales and marketing team by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments for them to speak with a salesperson. This is a senior-level full-time position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for doctors and decision makers.
  • Building initial relationships and getting interested leads to commitment to a demo slot.
  • Calling hot leads within 1-3 minutes of a new demo request form fill.
  • Reaching out to cold/warm lead lists to conduct short surveys and entice demos.
  • Place Outbound Calls. Receive form fills and lists of potential clients from the marketing/sales team and take responsibility for calling these prospects in a timely and organized manner. Utilize these calls to determine the overall interest of prospective clients and eliminate clients who aren't interested.
  • Email Clients. You may also use email to contact prospective clients when applicable to answer any questions, schedule meetings with a salesperson, or reschedule meetings as needed.
  • Keep Accurate Records. Must keep accurate records of each conversation, indicating in these records whether the person is interested or not as well as other predetermined data points.

Skills and Qualifications

Must be comfortable speaking with clients and potential customers. Formal education is helpful but not required. Able to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Sales Skills: Understand and employ basic knowledge of sales principles. Ability to garner interest in the product or service that the company is selling.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous appointment setter experience required. Sales experience and customer service experience is helpful for this position as well.
  • Data Entry Skills: Successful appointment setters are skilled data entry employees who can type at fast speeds with high accuracy.
  • Interpersonal Communication Skills: Ability to talk to clients through both phone calls and emails. Excellent with interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
  • Organization Skills: Ability to work with the schedules of the sales team and provide timely responses to demo form fill requests as they come in.
  • College Level or Graduate in Business Administration/Marketing related courses
