This role will directly support the Research Department's client-facing Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers. The Survey Support role will require keen attention to detail and continuous communication with the Account Managers, assuring that all tasks are completed according to specifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Editing Microsoft Word survey documents according the client's and Account Manager's directions
- Creating database records of client information, survey types, and survey questions
- Building online surveys via Snap software
- Other related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
