Web Developer

Description
PracticeMax, a provider of business solutions and software services in the healthcare industry, has an immediate opening for a Web Developer with a focus on Microsoft Stack solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions within the organization and working with other team members to ensure performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops new features and/or maintains existing applications developed on ASP.NET MVC
- Works in a team environment to develop, test and deploy software changes
- Provides operational support when necessary
- Works the product backlog of features and bugs
- Provides input on new designs and architecture as needed
- Develops a well-tested, high performance, scalable web application
- Stays current on new technologies and best practices
- Must be flexible to change and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Requirements:
- Passion for developing great software
- Strong skills with ASP.NET MVC with C#, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and MS SQL
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, AJAX, JSON, XML, etc.) and RESTful web services
- Familiarity with Angular 5 and latest web stack tech
- Strong skills analytical abilities, with the ability to translate high-level business needs into programmable specs
- Personable, passionate about coding and developing great software
- Proactive, positive approach to work
- Highly organized, reliable and diligent; ability to compartmentalize, prioritize and break down a task into logical steps
- Ability and eagerness to learn new languages and business environments quickly and effectively
- A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and Object
- Oriented Software Design
